Check jewellery stock before visiting a branch

Tell the branch what jewellery you are looking for and your budget before setting off. Staff can check availability and price. Stock differs between branches, and some pieces shown on the website may already have been sold.

Send four useful details

Tell staff the type of jewellery, design or size, budget and branch you can visit. For example: “I’m looking for a simple necklace for daily wear, up to … baht. I can visit … branch. What is available, and what is the final price?” A reference picture can help explain your taste. ID and banking information are not needed for a stock enquiry.

Confirm before leaving

Check whether the actual piece remains available, which branch holds it, its material and condition, and the final price. Ask whom to contact when arriving. A chat or photograph does not automatically reserve stock; confirm any reservation process separately.

Ask about a piece you have seen

Send the branch a photo of the piece you like and ask whether it is still available. If you are making a trip for a particular item, check first. Never send money to an unverified account or rely on payment details in public comments.

Choose the correct location
