Is Money OK open on weekends and public holidays?

All Money OK branches open every day from 08:00 to 18:00, including weekends and public holidays, except announced closure dates, with no lunch closure. You can visit to ask about pawning, manage an existing ticket or browse pre-owned goods.

Annual closures and special hours

All branches close on 30–31 December and 1 January, and 13–15 April each year. Other public holidays follow regular hours unless a separate closure is announced.

For 2026 only, branches close early at 3:30 PM on 9 October and remain closed 10–13 October. On 14 October, both Ubon branches and Udon reopen at 9:30 AM; Roi Et and Sisaket reopen at 10 AM. All close at 6 PM. Regular hours resume on 15 October.

If your ticket falls due on a branch holiday

If your ticket falls due on a day the issuing branch is closed, its forfeiture date moves to that branch’s next working day.

If the closure would cause additional interest on your ticket, we waive that extra interest when you complete the transaction on the next working day. This applies only to extra interest caused by the branch closure. Existing interest remains payable. Complete your transaction during the issuing branch’s opening hours on its next working day.

Leave enough time for your transaction

Allow time for inspection and paperwork, especially with several items or equipment that needs testing. If you are travelling far or arriving close to 6 PM, call ahead and explain what you are bringing so staff can advise.

Call when you need an answer before travelling

For an answer before setting off, call the branch directly. Staff may need more time to reply to messages.

Have an existing ticket?

Contact the branch named on your ticket to check your balance, dates and required documents. If you cannot return to that branch, call it for advice before travelling to another location.

Visiting to buy jewellery

Confirm the actual item and branch holding it. Stock differs between locations and changes over time; some pieces shown on the website may already have been sold. Find branch photos and directions or choose a branch account.
