Ask about transport before moving the machine
Tools may use mains power, batteries or an engine. Photograph the model plate or readable power information, and describe how the tool is used and any known faults. Ask about preparation and transport first if it is heavy or has long attachments.
Useful details for a pre-visit enquiry
Send a clear overall photograph and relevant close-ups, with the details below where known. If you are unsure about something, tell staff rather than guessing.
- Tool or equipment type
- Brand and model, if known
- Current condition and known faults
- Existing battery, charger, key or essential part
Before you visit
Switch equipment off and secure sharp or moving parts for safe transport. Bring existing batteries, chargers, keys and essential parts. Do not force faulty equipment to run for a video; describe the fault to staff instead.
Customers must be at least 15. Bring your original Thai ID. If you use other identification, call the branch to confirm the documents and eligibility requirements before travelling.
