Share device details, not private information

An enquiry needs the exact model, storage capacity, whether the phone powers on and any known faults. It does not need photographs of chats, contacts or other private information. Never send account passwords or verification codes through chat.

Useful details for a pre-visit enquiry

Send a clear overall photograph and relevant close-ups, with the details below where known. If you are unsure about something, tell staff rather than guessing.

  • Brand and exact model
  • Storage capacity, if known
  • Current condition and whether it powers on
  • Existing charger, box or receipt

Before you visit

Back up important data before visiting. If the phone works, charge it and bring your existing charger. Ask about account locks and personal-data handling before agreeing; you do not need to erase the phone merely to send an enquiry photograph.

Customers must be at least 15. Bring your original Thai ID. If you use other identification, call the branch to confirm the documents and eligibility requirements before travelling.
