Model, condition and the parts that come with it
A brand name alone is not enough for a useful enquiry. Different models, replacement straps, repairs and missing parts can change the details of a watch. Say whether it runs and describe any service or replacement work you know about.
Useful details for a pre-visit enquiry
Send a clear overall photograph and relevant close-ups, with the details below where known. If you are unsure about something, tell staff rather than guessing.
- Brand and model, if known
- Front, back and clasp photographs
- Whether it is currently running
- Any existing box, papers or spare links
Before you visit
Bring the box, papers and spare links you already have; do not buy extras just for an enquiry. Protect the watch from impact, and do not open the back or force the mechanism for a photograph. Staff need to inspect the actual watch before confirming an amount.
Customers must be at least 15. Bring your original Thai ID. If you use other identification, call the branch to confirm the documents and eligibility requirements before travelling.
