The stones and the setting both matter
One piece can contain several metals and gemstones. If you know a stone is natural, laboratory-grown or treated, share that information. A photograph or familiar trade name cannot confirm every material and detail.
Useful details for a pre-visit enquiry
Send a clear overall photograph and relevant close-ups, with the details below where known. If you are unsure about something, tell staff rather than guessing.
- Type of jewellery or loose stone
- Material or stone information you already have
- Visible condition or damage
- Any existing certificate, receipt or packaging
Before you visit
Bring an existing laboratory report or receipt with the piece, if available. Do not remove stones or try scratch, impact, heat or chemical tests yourself. Tell staff about loose settings or damage before the item is handled.
Customers must be at least 15. Bring your original Thai ID. If you use other identification, call the branch to confirm the documents and eligibility requirements before travelling.
