The same model can have different specifications

For a laptop, share the model and any specifications you know, such as memory and storage. For a camera, explain whether it is body-only or comes with a lens. Mention faults such as power problems, a worn battery or missing accessories so staff can address the right questions.

Useful details for a pre-visit enquiry

Send a clear overall photograph and relevant close-ups, with the details below where known. If you are unsure about something, tell staff rather than guessing.

  • Device type, brand and model
  • Key specification, if known
  • Current condition and whether it powers on
  • Existing charger and essential accessories

Before you visit

Back up personal files before bringing a computer or tablet. Bring the existing adapter, battery or accessories needed to operate it. Do not send passwords through chat or buy additional equipment before the branch confirms what you should bring.

Customers must be at least 15. Bring your original Thai ID. If you use other identification, call the branch to confirm the documents and eligibility requirements before travelling.
