Photograph the front, back and important details. Share any known edition, provenance or repair history. Existing certificates and records can support inspection, but a name or photograph alone is not proof of authenticity or price.
Useful details for a pre-visit enquiry
Send a clear overall photograph and relevant close-ups, with the details below where known. If you are unsure about something, tell staff rather than guessing.

Before you visit
Use protective wrapping or a box and preserve the existing condition. Do not polish surfaces, remove patina or open a casing just for photographs. If you have no documents, say so and ask what information to prepare before travelling.
Customers must be at least 15. Bring your original Thai ID. If you use other identification, call the branch to confirm the documents and eligibility requirements before travelling.
