Which photographs help with an enquiry?
Show the exterior, interior, corners, handles, straps and closures, including wear or repaired areas. These details help staff understand the item you plan to bring. They do not replace physical inspection or establish authenticity from a photograph.
Useful details for a pre-visit enquiry
Send a clear overall photograph and relevant close-ups, with the details below where known. If you are unsure about something, tell staff rather than guessing.
- Brand and item type
- Overall and detail photographs
- Visible wear, repairs or missing parts
- Any existing receipt, card, box or dust bag
Before you visit
Bring existing straps, dust bags, boxes, receipts or cards. Avoid repainting, washing or applying restoration products solely to prepare for appraisal. Disclose any work already done and remove personal belongings before handing over a bag.
Customers must be at least 15. Bring your original Thai ID. If you use other identification, call the branch to confirm the documents and eligibility requirements before travelling.
