Can I get an appraisal without agreeing to pawn?
How Money OK’s free appraisal works, what photos can tell staff and why the actual item still needs inspection.

Money OK archive photograph, not a current stock listing.
Yes. Money OK offers a free appraisal, and you can decide after the amount and conditions are explained. Asking a question or sending a photograph does not commit you to a pawn transaction.
Send useful item photos
Photograph the whole item and important details in ordinary light. Include the model, accessories and any known damage. Staff can advise what to bring and which branch to contact. Never send passwords, OTPs or ID images just to ask about an item.
Why an in-person inspection matters
Photos cannot confirm every aspect of weight, material, authenticity, operation or condition. Even similar-looking items can have different values. Published gold prices and article examples are not a personal pawn offer.
Questions about the offer
Ask what the appraisal is based on, whether accessories matter and what interest applies to the amount you actually need. A higher available amount is not a reason to borrow more than you can repay.
Plan a branch visit
Bring the item, appropriate original identification and existing documents. Branches open daily, 08:00–18:00, including public holidays. Call ahead for large or specialist items. Choose your branch or read the first-visit checklist.
Questions about your visit
Have a question? Talk to your branch
For an existing ticket, ask the issuing branch about your balance and documents. If this is your first visit, staff can explain how it works.
