Bring identification and the item
Customers must be at least 15. Bring your original Thai ID and the item. If you use other identification, call to confirm the requirements before visiting. Ask first before moving a large or specialist item too.
How it works
Bring the right identification, have the item inspected, read every figure on the ticket and decide only when you are comfortable. Some details may vary by item and branch.

Staff check the relevant details, such as type, weight, model, condition or operation. Appraisal is free. Photos can support a preliminary enquiry, but the final amount requires an in-person inspection.

Review the amount, interest rate, dates and item description on the ticket. Proceed only if you agree, then receive payment by the method the branch confirms.

The pawn ticket is the main record for renewal or redemption. Keep the original and ask the issuing branch to confirm status, amount, dates and documents before travelling.
Before signing
If a field is unclear or a detail does not match, ask before deciding. Do not treat a website calculator as a substitute for the figures on your ticket.

The fields on a pawn ticket
A typical ticket has eight main fields — read the left column top to bottom, then the right.
Check every field against what was agreed before signing. Ask about any blank or unreadable field.

Three things to bring to a branch
Customers must be at least 15. For a large or specialist item, call the branch before transporting it.
Every day, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
For a large or specialist item, or an existing ticket, speaking with the relevant branch helps you prepare before making the trip.
